May vary greatly depending on the availability of infrastructure (swimming pool, sauna, etc.) and the number of apartments. From 1000 liras to 5000 liras per month.<\/p><p>Water and electricity bills. Electricity in 2023 costs: 1.76 liras (up to 240 kW), 2.6 liras (after 240 kW) Water in 2023 costs: from 1 to 18 liras per m\u00b3. This document confirms that all construction standards have been met and the house can be put into operation and connected to utility networks.<\/p><p>Ferdi \u0130skan \u2013 technical passport directly for the apartment. The owner receives it. If you are purchasing a secondary home, most likely you already have a Ferdi Iskan.<\/p><p>From 2023, the developer is required to register both Genel and Ferdi iskan. This is good news, because now the owners of new buildings will not have to collect documents and fill out the iskan themselves. You will just need to pay the iskan when receiving the Tapu.<\/p><p>Now about the main thing!
